Villa Kiva is a 28 room hotel, both sea view and garden-view bungalows. Villa Kiva went though beautiful transformation from a private family beach villa to 28 rooms boutique hotel located along the pristine white beach of Matemwe.

Our guests can choose from the variety of rooms, all equipped with air condition, ceiling fans, mini fridges and hospitality trays. It features cafe/bar, ocean front and garden restaurants, lounge, SPA, boutique, dive center booking point, tv room, lush garden and 2 swimming pools.

Family Room

The Family rooms are designed for families with children and consist of a 2 separate rooms with communicating doors. These rooms offer families with children the opportunity to sleep in the same suite but in two separate rooms. Each room has its own bathroom and private veranda.

Africa Room

Maximum occupancy: 3 people, possible to add extra bed Located on the first floor of the bungalow in front of the deep blue sea, it has two rooms separated by a curtain, a sleeping area with twin beds or a double bed with a small balcony with sea view and a living area overlooking the garden with a comfortable sofa that can turn into a bed and accommodate a third person. It’s a perfect choice for a 3 people, but you can also add a 4th single bed.

The Safari

This romantic room is located on the first floor of a bungalow with a balcony opening on the immensity of the Indian Ocean. It is the ideal room for a honeymoon in an intimate and private setting.

The Economy Garden View Room

The economy garden view category enables our guests to take advantage from a standard room facilities without straining the budget. Rooms are placed both on the ground floor with the veranda and first floor with the balcony. There are available options with double or twin beds. These rooms are characterized with the special position and slightly smaller measurement.

These seafront rooms located on the upper floor of 2 story bungalows are our best sellers. Rooms are characterised by unique circular shape and spacious balcony facing the immense of Indian Ocean. It’s perfect for those who love privacy.

The junior suite is the heart of the villa placed in the main building, a 60-m² tastefully decorated room with a large balcony that overlooks the immense blue of the Indian Ocean.
