Mikumi National Park, Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park, is easily accessible from Zanzibar. The park covers 3,230 km2 (1,247 mi2) and is set between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. Mikumi hosts many different animals, like buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, leopards, crocodiles, antelopes, and others.
On the first day, we will pick you up from Dar es Salaam Airport, Dar es Salaam Ferry Terminal from Zanzibar, or from your hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi National Park. You will stop at Morogoro Town for lunch served with soft drinks, then continue heading to Mikumi National Park. Upon arrival at the park, we will start visiting Masai Village for the Maasai Cultural Tour in the evening, then go to Chambo villa (lodge) for your dinner and an overnight stay.
If the accommodation suggested is fully booked, we will pick you up at the other comparable hotel for your stay.
On the second day, after a breakfast at your lodge, we will pick you up and start on a full-day game drive to spot animals and visit the park.
Mikumi National Park is always the best because it hosts many different animals like lions, elephants, buffalo, impalas, zebras, and others. On the afternoon, we will eat buffet lunch together at the Mikumi National Park and do a game drive again to experience more until sunset.
Finally, we will pick you up and drop off at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

On the third, we will have a transfer back to Dar es Salaam at Dar es Salaam Ferry Terminal, heading to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, we will transfer you to your hotel in Zanzibar.
